This is a list of qualifications that we are looking for in a tenant:

1 - Must be at least 21 years of age

2 - Must have good rental history with someone other than a friend or relative

3 - You cannot have any evictions or judgements against you from a previous landlord.

4 - Must be able to get the utilities turned on in your own name

5 - Must have been on  your job for at least 9 months or at least in the same career field

6- No major criminal background

7 - You must have at least reasonable credit, it does not have to be perfect

8 - You must have sufficient income to pay the rent plus all of your other current debts.
